JACKSONVILLE, FL – March 5, 2024 – Vestcor celebrated the groundbreaking of Madison Palms, an affordable housing community located in the Arlington area of Jacksonville. Construction is expected to take 13-months, with final community completion by Spring 2025.
The groundbreaking ceremony was attended by Vestcor employees, business partners, Mayor Deegan and local government officials, who are excited for the addition of much needed affordable housing to this community.
This garden-style family community consists of 8 buildings comprised of one, two- and three-bedroom units, as well as a clubhouse, swimming pool, fitness center, covered pavilion with grills, playground and dog park.
