Jacksonville, FL – December 15, 2021 – The Vestcor Companies is proud to announce the grand opening of Lofts at Murray Hill, a 117-unit community on Edgewood Avenue in the Murray Hill neighborhood of Jacksonville.
Lofts at Murray Hill is a mixed income community with 10 market-rate units and 107 units reserved for individuals making less than 70% of the area median income. The community is comprised of studio, one and two-bedroom units, as well as 11,000 square feet of retail space. Amenities include a movie theatre with stadium seating, resident lounge with billiards table, clubroom with kitchen and TVs, fitness center, an internet café and dog park.
Vestcor employees, business partners and local government officials were present to celebrate the ribbon cutting of this brand-new community. One resident of Lofts at Murray Hill shared how much she loves her new home, “My daughter and I are so happy to be here. It’s not just an apartment for me, it’s a home.”
