This garden-style family community consists of 7 buildings comprised of one, two- and three-bedroom units, as well as a clubhouse, swimming pool, fitness center, playground and dog park.
Vestcor employees, business partners and local government officials were present to celebrate the ribbon cutting of this brand-new community. A combination of funding through R4 Capital, Truist Bank and Florida Housing Finance Corporation made this community possible. Summit Contracting Group is the contractor and Group4 is the architect.
